Break in your branding so you can stop second-guessing every design decision and finally feel comfortable using your own brand.

“Since refining my brand with Sophie, everything about creating content feels lighter and faster. I can see the results tangibly in my business.

The amount of time it takes me to make graphics has gone way down, but the bigger difference is mental, there’s just so much less noise when I’m in Canva. I actually finish things,

I like what I make, and I feel confident posting it. That alone has made a huge difference in how consistently I show up.”

Your brand isn’t the problem.

The problem is you’re stuck trying to make it work alone.

Every time you sit down to design:

You spend hours tweaking and nothing looks right.

You swear you understand your brand in your head, but when you try to sit down and bring it to life...you second guess everything.

You wish you could just have someone look at your stuff and tell you what to do.

You don’t need another course or rebrand—you need actual expert help, on your actual brand, right now.

That’s exactly what the UnSlump package is built for

What you can expect:

Step 1: messy moodboard

Sign up and go through my quick mini-course showing you how to put together your Messy Moodboard before you sign up for your first UnSlump Session.

Step 2: We get brand clarity

We'll both get a ton of brand clarity in the first session together. We'll go over your current branding, messy moodboard and your UnSlump goals.

Step 3: I begin to fill in the gaps

I take what I learned and spend some time finding the gaps in your branding process and pulling together potential templates, colors, and brand assets to present to you in our next UnSlump Session.

Step 4: We capsule together

In our second session, I'll get your feedback on what I gathered and created for you. We'll use that information to finalize your Capsule brand and the direction for your design project we will be doing together.

Step 4: you grab your content

Before our last session, you will gather the content you need to build out the templates or design project you wish to work on during our co-creation session. I'll fill in any gaps we uncovered during our second session.

Step 5: We co-create together

We'll work on a project together. Why? Because you'll notice all the little questions you ask yourself when you're working alone. We'll get things done, and you'll get more clarity than you any course, template, or DFY service ever could.

Step 5: You leave with the goods

You walk away with a solidified capsule brand, a solid start on your brand rule book, and a project or template you've been meaning to get done. You'll have more confidence in your design process and lots of questions answered.

more confident making design decisions.

“Sophie used my messy moodboard to connect things I never would’ve thought to combine and turned my scattered ideas into something that actually looked intentional. Seeing it all come together helped me finally understand what mattered in my brand and what didn’t — it gave me direction and clarity I couldn’t have gotten on my own.”

"It was exciting because I could actually see progress even before it was finished. I’ve gotten clearer on what my own rulebook is, what’s a heavy-lifter decision versus what’s not that big of a deal. The biggest thing was realizing how you were able to use my inspo in ways I never could’ve from a blank slate, without just copying something verbatim. That part was super helpful.”

Hey I'm Sophie

Your Design Deferral Partner

I build brand systems for real people with real energy cycles—not fantasy selves with infinite motivation. If your best effort looks like slouching in bed and knocking out graphics between snacks, we're on the same page.

After years of designing brands and templates in and out of corporate, I kept seeing the same thing: everything fell apart in real life. The brand books were gorg—but they weren’t usable. The templates? Confusing. Overwhelming. Often just more “stuff” people had to manage.

Then Canva changed the game.

Suddenly, brand guidelines were being handed to everyday users. Not designers. Not marketers. Just people trying to post something that looked decent without falling into a shame spiral.

So I stopped trying to make better brand books—and started building better systems for people who needed to break in their branding so they can finally feel comfortable using it.
