For live services (such as strategy calls, intensives, or branding support), scope, rescheduling policies, and refund policies are outlined in the specific offer's Terms of Service, viewable during checkout.

Payment plans (if applicable) are binding and non-cancelable once initiated. Missed payments may result in suspended access.

Digital Product Terms of Purchase

These Terms of Purchase ("Terms") apply to all digital courses, templates, downloads, and workshops ("Product") sold by Sophie Haren, dba WorkShy Studio ("Company," "we," or "us"). By completing a purchase, you agree to abide by these Terms, our Website Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimers.

You must be 18 or older to purchase.

PRODUCT TYPES & ACCESS
Products include Canva templates, Wix Studio templates, slide decks, guides, audio/video content, and other downloadable resources. Access is granted upon purchase and continues for the lifetime of the Product, but no less than 90 days. We reserve the right to discontinue Products at any time with 30 days' notice.

LICENSE & PERMITTED USE
You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license for individual use. You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, or share Product materials outside your personal or internal business use. If others on your team require access, they must purchase their own license.

PAYMENT TERMS
You agree to pay the full amount as listed on the checkout page, including any taxes. Payments are processed securely via third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for suspected fraud or misuse.

PAYMENT PLANS
